*NSFW* “ImoCho,” Recently, My Sister is Unusual: Episode 6

Even though a more serious plot can potentially be revealed, “mediocrity,” prevails.

We begin after Yuuya almost gets raped by Hiyori which leaves Mitsuki’s body in a fever from the anxiety. Yuuya concludes that Mitsuki is actually a closet lesbian and Hiyori is her cosplaying sexual partner. While Mitsuki is asleep, Hiyori possesses her body and makes an attempt to have sex with Yuuya, only to get cold feet and thwarted by Mitsuki. Somehow, Yuuya accepts Mitsuki and her chastity belt and shrugs the whole event off.

 

Discussion:

This episode was pretty much eventless. We spend the entire episode watching Yuuya making speculations about his sister and her involvement with Hiyori.

Yuuya is a moron. As expected by cliche harem males and Yuuya is no exception. He tries to understand Mitsuki but never actually has a proper discussion with her about those “weird things,” despite constantly confronting Mitsuki, he completely ignores the obvious questions. We take Mitsuki’s perspective in the series so it’s pretty normal that Yuuya would ignore the paranormal events, but there doesn’t seem to be any penalty if Mitsuki reveals the truth of her chastity belt. Or did I forget something? I’m not really entertained by the plot anyway.

Hiyori is all talk.
